WM is seeking a Hospital Services Worker to service university and local hospitals in the Albuquerque area, performing on-site collection and exchange of waste containers for various programs.

Start times include early morning shifts with on-site requirements. The role emphasizes professional interaction with customer staff, strict scheduling, and adherence to safety and immunization standards.

Formación

• This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations.
• Compliance with all mandatory immunization requirements imposed by such customers.
• 2 years industry-related experience in a customer service capacity preferred, or the equivalent in related work experience.
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and tact in providing superior customer service in a variety of settings and situations.
• Preferred education requirement.
• Driver's License.

Responsabilidades

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for various Stericycle programs and services, including but not limited to: Sharps Management Service, Pharmaceutical Waste, Controlled Substance and Document Management.
• Interacts professionally with onsite customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined scheduled.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
