Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Miami (Toscano at Dadeland) seeks a Valet Parking Attendant to greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the team, ensure safety, handle payments, and maintain a positive brand image while complying with all state and local laws. 18+ with valid license, background check, and eligibility to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify may be used).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full valet service from arrival to departure: greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, enter customer info.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and track locations.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Act as brand ambassador, assist with loading/unloading personal items.
• Maintain vehicle safety by directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and help reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents to supervisor immediately.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues.
