You will assist with admissions, discharges and transfers, help maintain environment of care, and provide reception-type services to patients and visitors.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3–6 months related experience, with a preference for candidates with customer-service, retail, or clerical background.

• Preferred customer service, retail, clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides reception-type services to patients, families, visitors and other unit guests.
• Facilitates efficient patient throughput including admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Supports patient experience and culture of safety goals through equipment maintenance, unit supplies, unit appearance and overall environment of care.
