Job summary

Johns Hopkins Intrastaff is seeking an inventory operations specialist to manage hospital storerooms, stocking, cycle counts, and case cart preparation. You will ensure accuracy of par levels and support clinical and surgical needs.

Experience with SAP and EPIC is preferred or trainable; lifting up to 30 lbs is required in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment on the Baltimore campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of supply chain or inventory experience.
• Experience in a warehouse or hospital supply chain preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and EPIC systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory and cycle counts.
• Receive, verify, and process inbound shipments and outbound returns using SAP.
• Configure and maintain par levels, bin locations, and storeroom layouts.
• Assemble and restock case carts with attention to part numbers and expiry dates.
