HealthPartners’ Regions Hospital is seeking a Supply Chain Services Specialist to help ensure timely availability of medical supplies and equipment across the campus. You’ll meet with hospital leaders, place inventory orders via Lawson EDI, troubleshoot purchasing issues, and distribute supplies to departments.

The role requires prior experience in supply/inventory distribution or customer service, English literacy, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in supply/inventory distribution and/or customer service preferred. One (1) year of post-secondary education will substitute for work experience.
• Must be able to read, write and follow directions and/or oral instructions in English
• Technology literacy is a plus
• Must be able to prioritize and manage time effectively and independently
• Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Meeting regularly with hospital leaders and staff to ensure department medical supplies and inventory needs are met
• Places inventory orders via Lawson EDI with vendors
• Troubleshoots problems with purchasing and inventory
• Distributes supplies and equipment throughout the hospital campus
• Other duties as assigned
