Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in medical supply chain or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive per Park Nicollet standards.
• Fluent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Lawson or similar ERP.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Able to coordinate with staff and establish positive working relationships.
• Experience with inventory tools and hospital department stocking processes.

Responsibilities

• Inventory specialist work on setup of clinic departments including inventory counts and par level sizing.
• Order and stock supplies to maintain PAR levels across hospital departments.
• Deliver supplies to hospital departments and organize storage areas.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and departments on stock levels and substitutions.
• Track back orders, assist with new product introductions, and support cost savings.
• Prepare progress reports on hospital financial savings.
