Regions Hospital, part of HealthPartners, seeks a Supply Chain Services Specialist to manage inventory needs and place orders. You will liaise with hospital staff to ensure timely supplies and resolve purchasing issues, supporting efficient patient care across the campus.

The role requires prior supply/inventory experience, a Post-secondary education, and English literacy. You will work Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm, with a 40-hour week and lift up to 30 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply/inventory distribution or customer service.
• One year of post-secondary education may substitute for work experience.
• Must read, write and follow directions in English.
• Technology literacy is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and independently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Meet regularly with hospital leaders and staff to ensure department medical supplies and inventory needs are met.
• Place inventory orders via Lawson EDI with vendors.
• Troubleshoot problems with purchasing and inventory.
• Distribute supplies and equipment throughout the hospital campus.
• Other duties as assigned.
