Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Distribution and Receiving Associate at Gerber Hospital in Fremont to maintain stock, coordinate deliveries, and support inventory control across the hospital supply chain.

This full-time role offers a stable 40-hour week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with no weekend work. You will work with care teams to keep essential supplies available and ensure accurate records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in supply chain or materials management.
• Ability to use inventory systems and handheld devices.
• Selection, stocking, and receiving of hospital supplies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels and rotate stock to ensure freshness.
• Coordinate/deliver products to requesting locations following safety guidelines.
• Pull items from storeroom and maintain accurate counts.
• Fill in for related roles as needed to support operations.
• Pack, label, and prepare deliveries for shipping or distribution.
