Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health in Newark Beth Israel Medical Center is seeking a Clerk in Distribution to support supply chain operations, including receiving, stocking, storeroom and delivery duties.

The role is full-time with a day shift, offering an hourly pay range of $19.50–$20.50 in New Jersey. A high school diploma and good communication skills are required; NJ driver’s license, computer knowledge, and hospital experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs receiving functions, PAR stocking and replenishment and storeroom activities using hospital technology.
• Assists management in facilitating and expediting the flow of materials to and from departments while maintaining chain of custody.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Manages inventory and inbound/outbound deliveries per policy.
• Demonstrates problem-solving to meet customer needs.
