RWJBarnabas Health seeks a Supply Chain Facility Manager to lead the Distribution department at RWJ Rahway. This salaried, day-shift role supervises receiving, distribution, linen, warehouse and storeroom operations on site.

The role requires 3+ years in supply chain management, strong Microsoft Office skills, and ERP experience, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and cost efficiency. Collaboration with leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3+ years of supply chain management experience required.
• Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with an ERP Enterprise resources planning system required.
• Excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure supply needs are met in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Primary contact for vendors regarding vendor performance, concern resolutions and standardization.
• Ensures supervision is always on site to support the team.
• Identifies cost savings opportunities and presents them to the site supply chain director and clinical resource director for consideration.
• Conducts daily and monthly rounding and audits for survey readiness relevant to RWJBH, DOH and TJC standards.
