Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Stationary Engineer to maintain, operate, monitor, and repair central plant equipment for hospital facilities. The role includes responding to maintenance requests, documenting activities, and ensuring building systems run efficiently and safely.

Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and experience with water treatment, HVAC controls, and Energy Management Systems. OSHA Basic and NFPA70E credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with water treatment for heating and cooling systems.
• Experience using HVAC/Temperature controls and Energy Management Systems.
• OSHA Basic, NFPA70E.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to maintenance requests for hospital, clinic and facilities.
• Operates and monitors central plant equipment for maximum efficiency.
• Maintains and repairs utilities and related central plant equipment.
• Safely documents preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• Performs building rounds and reports problems to supervisor.
