Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Maintains sanitation and proper food handling, portion control and serving temperatures.
• Keeps workstation clean and maintains display equipment during service.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly manner.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries, reports low supplies to supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
