The Valley Hospital in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Social Work professional to engage patients and families in identifying psychosocial needs and coordinating safe, effective care plans. The role involves education, counseling, and referrals, and close communication with a multidisciplinary team and community resources.

The ideal candidate will hold an MSW with NJ licensure (LSW or LCSW) and have strong group process, communication, and time-management skills to support patients with varied health

Competenze

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
• New Jersey Social Work License required.
• MSW and LSW or LCSW required.
• Experience in psychosocial assessment or care planning preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
