Valley Hospital Health Care System in Paramus, NJ seeks a Social Worker to coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on progression, discharge planning, and resource utilization. The role requires an MSW with NJ license, LSW or LCSW credentials, and substantial experience.

Minimum three years in social work is required; LCSW is strongly preferred. The position is based at The Valley Hospital-Paramus with a day shift.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
• New Jersey Social Work License required. MSW and LSW or LCSW required.
• LCSW strongly preferred.
