Job summary

WMHS is seeking a Lead Hospital Services Technician to travel between customer healthcare facilities, providing on-site waste container exchange and proactive collection for Stericycle programs. The role includes guiding technicians, training staff, and serving as the primary on-site contact for the customer.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations and compliance with immunization requirements.
• 2 years industry related experience in a customer service capacity preferred.
• Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels between healthcare facilities to monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs and services.
• Lead on-site Hospital Services Technicians; trains, coaches and provides guidance.
• Acts as primary on-site contact for the customer; resolves questions and issues.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule; assists with installs as required.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
