Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Lead to travel between customer healthcare facilities, proactively collecting and exchanging waste containers for WMHS programs, including Sharps, Pharmaceutical Waste, and Document Management.

You will lead a shift, train Technicians, and serve as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with customers to ensure service standards across Southern New England and Western Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• On-site presence at WMHS customer locations and immunization compliance requirements.
• 2 years industry related customer service experience preferred, or equivalent.
• Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels between customer healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Lead in absence of Supervisor; trains and coaches other Technicians.
• Acts as primary on-site contact for the customer and addresses service questions.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
