The Hospital Service Technician is responsible for equipment management tasks within the hospital to ensure smooth equipment flow. The HST should focus on improving the quality, reliability, and value of our products and services. Maintaining professional relationships with hospital staff and acting as a customer service expert are key responsibilities.

Full Time

Monday - Friday 12:30pm-9pm

Starting at $16.95 + $0.50 differential

What You Will Do In This Role

1. Deliver equipment to patient rooms or standby locations, ensuring it is in patient-ready condition with all necessary accessories and software.
2. Communicate confidently with clinical staff regarding equipment features and functionality.
3. Provide quality service, perform to standards, and meet customer and company metrics.
4. Pick up, clean, and process equipment, preparing it for patient use following protocols.

What You Will Need For This Role

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Customer service experience required; hospital setting experience preferred.
3. Basic computer skills.
4. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency off-hours.
5. Ability to lift/push up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
6. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods.
