The role requires supervisory security experience, an active Texas security license, and BLS/HCP certification with NVCI within 60 days. Excellent communication and report-writing skills are essential in daily operations within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state license/certifications for this position.
• Active driver’s license and BLS/HCP certification within required timelines.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to prepare quality reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and personnel to ensure a safe environment.
• Coordinate integrity and functioning of physical security systems on shift.
• Perform duties wearing PPE and handle emergency situations calmly.
• Complete written reports; communicate with staff and the public professionally.
• Participate in background checks and compliance processes.
