CommonSpirit Health at Glendale Memorial Hospital seeks a Security Supervisor to lead the security team, coordinate daily operations, and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. You will mentor personnel, assign posts, respond to incidents, and enforce policies with a calm, visible presence.

Responsibilities include incident responses, investigations, and ongoing training to maintain OSHA, CMS, and safety standards, while supporting risk management and emergency preparedness

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year as a security officer with leadership experience.
• CA Security Guard license.
• Driver's License: CA within 30 days.
• CPR certification within 90 days.
• Familiar with CMS, OSHA regulations and standards.
• ICS 100/200/700 training within 120 days.
• IAHSS Basic/Advanced courses within 90 days.
• IAHSS Supervisor course within 6 months.
