Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience as a security officer involving extensive public contact.
• Arizona Driver's License required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) card within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, patients, and visitors by responding to calls for assistance in a timely and prudent manner.
• Patrol the facility and grounds by foot or vehicle; monitor security alarms and dispatch officers as needed.
• Log activities daily and write clear incident reports; use appropriate codes for dispatches.
• Investigate security breaches and conduct follow-up investigations, reporting HIPAA breaches if witnessed.
