Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Hospital Security Supervisor in Arcadia, CA to safeguard patients, staff, and visitors across healthcare premises. The role entails supervising healthcare security officers, overseeing operations, and ensuring safety at a high-profile client site.

You will train personnel, identify incidents, report safety concerns, and maintain professional service standards while coordinating with site management.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Healthcare security experience or law enforcement/military with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and safety procedures at client sites.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular patrols and supervise security personnel at healthcare locations.
• Assist in training security staff and review post orders.
• Prepare daily payroll sign-in sheets and forward to Account Manager.
