Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees by enforcing hospital security regulations.
• Investigate complaints or potential criminal conduct; report and document incidents.
• Assist in restraining patients as necessary.
• Dispatch and coordinate responses using hospital security systems and radio communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and document incidents accurately.
• Patrol assigned areas, identify unsafe conditions, and deter theft or damage.
