Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Criminal Justice preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in hospital/security/police or customer service preferred.
• Class D Driver’s License required.
• Ability to de-escalate anxious or stressed people and manage aggression.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and secure environment by patrolling assigned areas.
• Investigate complaints or potential criminal conduct; restrain patients as necessary.
• Respond to medical emergencies and assist in restraints when authorized.
• Prepare complete written reports and maintain incident logs.
• Dispatch personnel using integrated security systems and coordinate responses.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect valuables/evidence.
• Support workplace and community safety initiatives and risk analysis.
