Job summary

Universal Health Services' Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a dedicated Security Guard to protect life and property on site. You will patrol facilities, control access, escort visitors, and respond to emergencies with age-appropriate responses.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in security or law enforcement, a valid Guard Card, and a CA driver’s license. We offer a challenging work environment, growth opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in law enforcement and/or security (preferred).
• High School Graduate/Equivalent.
• Current Guard Card required.
• Assaultive Behavior Management certification required within 45 days of hire.
• Current CA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect doors, windows, and locks to determine level of security.
• Escort visitors, patients and personnel to and from parking areas.
• Patrol parking areas to detect irregularities and prevent theft.
• Respond to emergency calls and manage disorders or combative patients appropriately.
• Inspect outgoing parcels to prevent theft of hospital property.
