Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of security experience.
• De-escalation course within 90 days of starting in position.
• Valid driver's license required for hires on or after July 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct security personnel, with command, staffing oversight, and performance management.
• Act as shift commander during incidents and emergencies.
• Review and ensure accuracy of incident reports and safety documents.
• Coordinate investigations with Investigations, Risk Management, HR, Legal, and law enforcement.
• Adjust staffing for callouts, high-acuity units, or special events.
• Ensure readiness of security equipment and post orders.
