• Develops and contributes to department goals and adheres to policies, procedures, quality and safety standards.
• Assists in staffing: training, orientation, performance evaluation and personnel actions.
• Conducts foot patrols, inspects access, and reports safety or policy violations.
• Responds immediately to emergencies and code calls to protect employees and customers.
• Monitors surveillance systems and assists in de-escalation of conflicts to maintain safety.
• Prepares incident and investigative reports and coordinates with law enforcement as needed.
