UNC Health is seeking a Public Safety officer to monitor the hospital campus 24/7, ensuring a secure environment and customer service for patients, visitors, and staff. This role works onsite with a day schedule and is assigned to Lenoir Health.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years in security or military law enforcement, and a NC driver license; BLET is preferred but not required. Per diem work type applies.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years' experience in security or equivalent military career field.
• Valid North Carolina Driver License required.
• BLET preferred but not required.
• Ability to type, answer phones, interview people and perform administrative tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 24-hour electronic and physical observation of the hospital campus.
• Promote a good customer service relationship with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ensure hospital safety policies are conformed with on a day-to-day basis.
