The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and the ability to stay levelheaded in stressful situations. Prior security experience preferred and a commitment to patient safety.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years security experience preferred.
• Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; NJ SORA certified preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform duties at posts including walking, security and safety rounds.
• Monitor doors, surveillance cameras and alarms as assigned.
• Provide visitor control, directions, and emergency response coordination.
• Operate weapon screening and EVOLV system; file incident reports and logs.
• Escalate emergencies to law enforcement and coordinate with nursing and security teams.
• Maintain ID checks, post logs, and assist with maintenance issues.
