Job summary

Virtua Health seeks a part-time Security Officer at Voorhees, NJ, to safeguard buildings and provide exceptional customer service. You will patrol, monitor entrances, and respond to emergencies using approved weapon screening tech while upholding Virtua policies.

A HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and SORA certification preferred are required or encouraged. These responsibilities include assisting visitors, patients, staff, and vendors, with ID checks and incident reporting, ensuring safety

Qualifications

• 2 years security experience preferred.
• Ability to stay levelheaded and respond quickly in stressful situations.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safeguard, patrol, and monitor buildings, grounds and property.
• Assist visitors, patients, vendors and staff with information and directions.
• Conduct weapon screening with approved technology and respond to emergency situations.
• Escalate emergencies to law enforcement as needed.
