Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company- or customer-owned vehicle.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to operate radio/monitors.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and de-escalation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols on foot or vehicle and document observations.
• Assist with de-escalation and restraining combative individuals as needed.
• Escort patients and monitor entrances/exits to prevent unauthorized access.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
