Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2+ years in customer service or protective services.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hospital patrols on foot or by vehicle.
• Assist staff with de-escalation of situations.
• Escort patients and observe safety protocols.
• Respond to evacuations and emergencies.
• Record observations and prepare incident reports.
