Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional - Unarmed for a hospital in Nashville. The role includes unarmed patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and report writing. Drug screening may be required. TB test and vaccinations could be required.

Pay rate is $18.12 per hour. Full-time schedules include Sunday-Tuesday 6am-6pm and Wednesday 6am-12pm. Prior security or healthcare experience and a valid driver's license are required. Excellent benefits and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable employment history in customer service or protective services.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license if driving company or customer vehicle.
• Ability to operate radio/console monitors and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of hospital grounds on foot or by vehicle.
• Assist staff with de-escalation and restraining when necessary.
• Escort patients as needed and assist during evacuations.
• Monitor entrances/exits and ensure only authorized personnel enter.
