Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Security Officer for an evening shift at our Boston facility. You will patrol, respond to incidents, and coordinate with law enforcement as required to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice (preferred), a Class D Driver's License, and 3–5 years of experience in security/police, hospital security, or customer service. Strong communication and de-escalation skills are essential.

• Prepare complete written reports and log incidents; maintain confidentiality.
• Operate dispatch and security systems to coordinate responses.
• Assist in restraining individuals when necessary and respond to emergencies.
