Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Willing to receive required hospital vaccinations.
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital setting.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening as per policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly following site procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and access control.
• Document observations and communicate information to leadership.
