Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly using established procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction and access control.
• Document observations and communicate findings to leadership and site representatives.
