Responsibilities

• Observe and remain vigilant for signs of crime, disorder, hazard, and unusual activity
• Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to check for unsafe conditions and security violations
• De-escalate individuals as needed
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment
• Screen members, visitors, and employees to admit to the facility
• Respond to emergencies with calm urgency
• Provide safety escort as needed
