Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner per location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare location, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; assist with directions and report concerns to site contacts.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain professional communication with leadership and site contacts.
