Qualifications

• Experience dealing with customers and handling stressful situations.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

• Observe for signs of crime or hazards and remain vigilant.
• Patrol on foot, bike, or vehicle to check conditions and entry points.
• De-escalate individuals orally and physically when needed.
• Inspect security devices and fire control equipment.
• Screen visitors and staff to control access.
• Respond to emergencies with calm urgency.
• May assist with patient transport or escort as needed.
