Responsibilities

  • Maintains a security presence at all times while on duty.
  • Responds to calls for assistance and coordinates with authorities as needed.
  • Gives directions and escorts across the campus to ensure safety.
  • Controls access to property and secure areas within buildings.
  • Monitors security systems and maintains incident logs and reports.
  • Performs dispatch duties and maintains communications with staff and outside agencies.
