• Investigates thefts, disturbances, and potential criminal misconduct; notifies authorities when needed.
• Prepares accurate written reports and maintains incident logs; communicates with supervisor.
• Operates dispatch/security systems to coordinate responses and document actions.
• Responds to medical emergencies and assists in restraining patients when authorized.
• Participates in committees or task forces as needed.
