Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Illinois driver license that meets SIH Driver and Fleet Management requirements.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and write detailed reports.
• Calm, courteous demeanor in emergencies and critical confrontations.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a visible deterrent to maintain safety and security on hospital campuses and off-site properties.
• Detects, corrects, reports, investigates, manages and mitigates hazards and violations using available tools.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with incident command, psychiatric evaluations and related management.
