Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Hospital Security Driver in Mayfield Heights, OH. This full-time role combines frontline security with patient-focused customer service in a hospital setting. A valid driver's license is required to perform unarmed patrol and on-site safety duties.

You will conduct patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and support staff and visitors with calm professionalism while upholding hospital policies and Allied Universal standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to restrain individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and policies, and responding to emergencies in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and adherence to facility access procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately and communicate information to leadership and site personnel.
