Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Access in Cleveland, OH. You will patrol healthcare facilities, deter incidents, assist patients and staff, and maintain a visible security presence to support a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Able to work in/around a hospital morgue.
• Able to restrain individuals as needed.
• Background check and drug screen required by the employer.
• Licensing requirements may be required per state/local laws.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct routine patrols of facilities, parking, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials.
• Document incidents and patrol activities and report to site leadership.
