Qualifications

• Provide patient, visitor, staff, and vendor service while following site procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents calmly per established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and guiding visitors.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, security-related policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials as required, and directing patients and visitors to appropriate locations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
