Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency responses.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and follow reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, exterior grounds, and parking areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and facility information, report unusual conditions to personnel.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications per site requirements.
