Advocate Health is seeking a Senior Public Safety leader to oversee staffing, budgeting, and security operations across assigned facilities in the Charlotte region.

The role requires strong leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a track record in security management. On-site work with typical business hours and occasional on-call or off-hours coverage may apply.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in management preferred.
• 5 years of leadership-level experience required.
• 2 years of security management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, security policies and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee staffing functions at assigned facilities: screening, hiring, education, retraining, evaluations, job descriptions, scheduling and payroll considerations.
• Lead operational improvement initiatives and reporting across the System.
• Assist with annual budget preparation within defined parameters.
• Develop and implement security policies to ensure compliance with laws, standards and organizational goals.
• Evaluate properties for risk and report security audits with recommendations to facility leadership.
• Provide Executive Protection and lead security project teams across a broad range of personnel.
