• Maintains hazard surveillance for safety, security, and infection control issues.
• Completes shift activity logs detailing duties and time.
• Responds to workplace violence reports and notifies supervisors as needed.
• Maintains and enforces department policies and procedures.
• Gathers information and provides timely service responses.
