Job summary

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• BLS certification is required/specialized knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains weapons scanning equipment.
• Enforces facility policies including parking, visitation, and safety rules.
• Monitors CCTV to detect escalating situations requiring security involvement.
• Intervenes in confrontations and documents incidents.
• Under leadership guidance, participates in training and adheres to disaster plans.
• Work independently to determine appropriate responses and actions.
