St Anthony North Hospital in Colorado is seeking a Safety Manager to lead Environment of Care, Emergency Management, and Security programs. You will guide hospital leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with on-site vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of federal/state health and safety codes, and the ability to conduct risk assessments, develop policies, and oversee safety committees. The position floats between St. Anthony North and Longmont United Hospital.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field required.
• Five years of safety experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to interpret and implement procedures in healthcare regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, plan, facilitate, and advise leadership on EC, EM, and Security for the facility.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and present reports to EC Committee and Board.
• Develop and maintain EC/EM/Security policies and procedures; coordinate compliance activities.
• Chair EC/Safety Committee and oversee related subcommittees.
• Perform weekly safety inspections and track issues to drive hospital-wide solutions.
• Serve as on-site security contact and vendor liaison; coordinate with security vendors.
