St. Anthony North Hospital is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the Environment of Care, Emergency Management, and Security programs on-site in Colorado.

You will advise hospital leadership, drive compliance with TJC, OSHA, CDPHE, EPA, DOT, and NFPA standards, and oversee risk assessments and safety inspections. You will chair EC/Safety committees, coordinate with security vendors, and ensure staff education and drills, with a focus on protecting patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related safety field and 5 years healthcare safety experience.
• Ability to interpret procedures and implement programs per hospital guidelines.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local safety and health codes and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, plan, facilitate, and advise leadership on EC, EM, and Security issues.
• Conduct annual risk assessments and present reports to EC Committee and Board.
• Develop and maintain EC, EM, and Security policies and procedures.
• Chair EC/Safety Committee and coordinate subcommittees as needed.
• Perform weekly safety inspections and track issues to identify trends.
• Report inspection results to the EC/Safety Committee.
